Create Your aura Account

Getting started with aura is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account and begin transforming how you work with information.

Sign Up Process

Step 1: Navigate to Sign Up

Visit the aura sign-up page at /signup or click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

You'll need to provide:

  • Full Name: Your first and last name
  • Email Address: A valid email address (this will be your username)
  • Password: A secure password for your account
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm

Step 3: Create Account

Click the "Sign up" button to create your account. aura will:

  1. Validate your information
  2. Create your account
  3. Automatically sign you in
  4. Redirect you to your dashboard

Password Requirements

For your security, please ensure your password:

  • Is at least 8 characters long
  • Contains a mix of letters and numbers (recommended)
  • Is unique and not used on other platforms

What Happens Next?

After signing up, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

  1. Connect Integrations: Link your work platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
  2. Explore the Interface: Familiarize yourself with the search and chat features
  3. Upload Documents: Add your own documents to make them searchable
  4. Start Searching: Begin finding information across your connected sources

Troubleshooting

Email Already Exists

If you see an error that your email is already registered:

  • Try signing in instead
  • Use the password reset feature if you've forgotten your password
  • Contact support if you need assistance

Password Mismatch

If your passwords don't match:

  • Carefully re-enter both password fields
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces
  • Check that Caps Lock is not enabled

Form Validation Errors

If you see validation errors:

  • Ensure all required fields are filled out
  • Check that your email address is in the correct format
  • Verify your password meets the requirements
